I already have a website. Can you still help?
Yes. We build the new site and point your existing domain at it, so customers use the same address they always have.
What does the $99 a month cover?
Hosting, a secure connection, updates, and the changes you send us, like new hours, services or photos. It starts the day your site goes live, not before.
Who owns the domain?
If we register the web address for you, Treltan Design owns and manages it as part of your plan. If you cancel, we take the site offline and hold the domain for 60 days, and during that time you can buy it from us. After 60 days we cancel it. If you already own your domain, it stays yours and we simply point it at the new site.
What happens if I cancel?
Email us to cancel the care plan. When it ends, we take the site offline. Your logo, photos and text are yours to keep. See the service terms for the details.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live within one to two weeks after we get your photos, hours and services.
Do I have to learn how to edit a website?
No. Send us what you want changed and we handle it.
