Service terms

These are the terms for websites built and run by Treltan Design, in plain English. If anything here is unclear, email support@treltan.com before you pay.

1. The website build: $499, one time

We build a website for your business with online booking or quote requests, and connect it to your web address and your Google Business Profile.
The build is paid up front. If we've agreed that you'll pay at launch instead, the $499 is due before the site goes live on your web address.
Most sites go live within one to two weeks after we receive your logo, photos, hours and services.

2. The care plan: $99 a month

Starts the day your site goes live, and is billed monthly to your card.
Covers hosting, a secure connection, updates, and the changes you ask for, like hours, services, photos and text.
Your site stays online only while the care plan is active.

3. Web addresses (domains)

If we register the domain for you, Treltan Design owns and manages it as part of your plan. If your care plan ends, we take the site offline and hold the domain for 60 days. During those 60 days you can buy the domain from us. After 60 days we cancel it.

If you already own your domain, it stays yours. We point it at the new site, and if your plan ends, you can point it anywhere you like.

4. Cancelling

Email support@treltan.com to cancel the care plan.
When the plan ends, we take the site offline. See section 3 for what happens to the domain.

5. Your content

Your logo, photos, text and business information stay yours. Only send us content you have the right to use.
With your permission, we may show your site as an example of our work.
